To celebrate the release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Exclusive Memorabilia are giving you the chance to win a framed poster signed by the Emperor.

It will be the third instalment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy which will see the surviving Resistance face the First Order once more as Rey, Finn and Poe Dameron's journey continues. The ancient conflict between the Jedi and the Sith reaches its climax, bringing the Skywalker saga to an end.

 

This incredible 12 x 16 inches photograph is perfect for any Star Wars fan. It is signed by Ian McDiarmid who plays the Emperor in the films. The prize will come with a Certificate of Authentication which shows the poster being signed.

The following terms and conditions apply and entry to the prize draw constitutes your agreement to be bound by them. References to “Exclusive Memorabilia” mean Exclusive Memorabilia Ltd, 4 Topsham Units, Topsham, Devon, EX3 0QH

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents and residents of the Isle of Man and Channel Islands aged 18 years or over, except employees of Exclusive Memorabilia, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase or newsletter sign up is necessary.

3. To enter, eligible entrants must fill in the entry form at www.exclusivememorabilia.com/win-a-signed-star-wars-poster

4. All entries must be submitted via the form. Exclusive Memorabilia will only count as one entry per person.

5. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59PM on 19/12/2019. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

6. Exclusive Memorabilia accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

7. One winner will be chosen at random by computer draw on 20/12/2019.

8. The winner will receive one signed Ian McDiarmid Signed Star Wars Poster: The Rise Of Skywalker Framed.

9. The winners will be notified through the email address provided.

10. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 calendar days of being notified of their win.

11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

12. The decision of Exclusive Memorabilia regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. The winner's name can be obtained by sending an email to Exclusive Memorabilia on sales@exclusivememorabilia.com within 30 calendar days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.

14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Exclusive Memorabilia reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15. Exclusive Memorabilia reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

16. Insofar as is permitted by law, Exclusive Memorabilia, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Consent shall be given by entrants in respect of any direct marketing. It shall not be a condition of entry to give consent for direct marketing purposes.

18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
